Mokoka Edwin Tlou

Mokoka is an admitted and practising attorney since 1997. He commenced practicing as such at the office of the state attorney, then moved to Minchin & Kelly Inc, then as a partner at Kgomo Mokhetle & Tlou Attorneys and currently is a sole director of M. E. Tlou Attorneys Inc.

He has ± 20 years’ experience in high profile civil litigation, local government law and policies, commercial law, drafting of contracts and labour related disputes, investigations for various departments in the private and public sector as well as traditional communities

The role of the law in our Constitution and how it serves our traditional and local communities is a cause that consistently needs redefining in the complex and challenging history of our country.
