Mokoka Edwin Tlou
Holds a B-Juris and LLB degree from the University of the North West Province. Edwin has served at the office of the State Attorney and upon completing his articles, joined Minchin and Kelly Incorporated Attorneys in 1999. Edwin joined Kgomo and Mokhetle to form Kgomo Mokhetle Tlou Attorneys in Mahikeng. Edwin, whilst at Minchin and Kelly Incorporated served Mmabatho Tusk, Agribank, Standard Bank and various companies in bank fore-closure and civil litigation.
With KMT Attorneys Edwin specialised in bank fore-closure and Magistrate and High Court collection and civil litigation, registration of Communal Trust Deeds and advice on Communal Property Associates to Land Claims beneficiaries, Municipal law and drafting of Municipal Policies and By-law advice on township establishment dispute and representation at Provincial Township Brand and drafting of Contract. Edwin has further served Royal Bafokeng Nation, Bapo Ba Mogale Traditional Community, Bakgatla Ba Kgafela Traditional Community and was responsible for all High Court recovery and litigation for the Land Bank in the North West Province. Tlou, together with Nyapotse, are currently the commercial advisors of the Rustenburg Rapid Transport entity and the Bakgatla Ba Kgafela Strategic Investment Company.
Edgeworth holds a B-Proc and LLB degree from the University of North West Province. Edgewoth served and completed his articles at Andre Mulligan Attorneys in Mafikeng. He, together with Balepile Kgomo, formed Kgomo Mokhetle Attorneys in 1998. He was responsible for serious and complex criminal cases, medical negligence, Road Accident Fund matters and Labour related matters.
Holds a LLB degree from the University of Natal conferred in 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Cape Town. Papi served at Webber Wentzel Bowens Attorneys as a Professional Assistant and completed his articles at Stowell Co Attorneys in Pietermaritzburg. At WWB, he was involved in various BEE transactions, serviced Department of Public Enterprise, Spoornet, MTN, the Coega Development Corporation, PIC, IDC, Investec Bank Limited. He was also involved in project finance matters, including constructing a development of Louis Trichardt Private Prison. He is currently serving on the Company Law sub-committee of the Law Societies of South Africa.
